Hi, I’m James Latham

A fully qualified and experienced bookkeeper and small business consultant. I have spent over forty years in a career from being a tradesman to a university lecturer. During my career, I was a small business owner and spent a large amount of time as a coach and consultant in small business management.

I believe that a Business Coach isn't just a profession, for me it’s a mission to help the people of tomorrow achieve their Business potential.

Qualifications and teaching methodology

Qualifications

I have a PhD in Organisation Development, and a Masters in Organisational Psychology. I have a honours degree in Organisation Studies as well as a teaching diploma in Adult Education. My most recent Qualification is a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. I also have qualifications in Quality Assurance Auditing and Procedures.

Experience

Many years ago I started my work experience as an Apprentice Gas fitter. After qualifying, I moved from the mechanical trades into Teaching and consulting. I have 30-plus years of experience as a teacher, consultant in adult education and Small Business Owner.

Methodology

I not only have the business knowledge and experience as a small business owner, but also a wider knowledge of adult psychology and learning.
